NCBFAA 2023 Annual Conference

We have recently reached our attendance capacity and closed registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While no specific vaccine is required to attend this conference, please be advised that by attending an NCBFAA in-person event, all parties are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in our Health Liability Waiver. NCBFAA is furthermore following all relevant CDC health guidelines. Please stay tuned for future Annual Conference plans.

Now in its 50th year, the NCBFAA Annual Conference brings together more than 600 of the international trade industry's top representatives from around the United States. For four days in New Orleans, the nation's leading customs brokers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, OTIs, and service providers gather to update themselves on industry developments and connect with colleagues new and old.

All current NCBFAA Members and potential Regular, Affiliate, and Associate Members are strongly encouraged to consider joining us for the industry event of the year, the 2023 NCBFAA Annual Conference, where you will:

(Because importers and exporters [NEI Professional Members] may attend various NEI webinars and participate in G.TEC as well as NEI Case Studies to obtain the required CEUs throughout the year, NEI Professional Members who are ineligible for NCBFAA Regular, Associate, or Affiliate Membership may no longer participate in either the NCBFAA Annual Conference or the NCBFAA Government Affairs Conference.)

Important Policy Changes 

  • IF NOT ATTENDING; THEN DON'T REGISTER! If you are registering for a colleague, use their login credentials to execute the registration.  
  • Badge names/registrations cannot be modified after registrations are processed. Changes will incur a $125 processing fee.
  • All Early Bird Registrations must be paid by the deadline (March 24, 2023) or the higher price applies.
  • Please keep in mind that no booths can be held without payment in full. 
  • Company name changes after registration are subject to a $125 processing fee.

NCBFAA Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration, please notify us via email to bgillis@painpillshops.com. Refunds will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Any refunds after 4/14/2023 will be subject to a $175.00 administrative fee. Registration substitutions, for this event only, are accepted anytime.
