The NEI Professional Membership is open to individual employees of firms not eligible for other categories of NCBFAA membership but interested in expanding their knowledge of the transportation logistics industry through various courses, webinars, and educational offerings.

Cost Savings
With NEI Professional Membership, you have access to a host of cost-saving opportunities.
NEI Certification Programs
The member rate is $715 (a total savings of $660) on the following programs:
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
- Certified Export Specialist (CES)
The member rate is $950 (a total savings of $500) on the following programs:
- Master Customs Specialist (MCS)
- Master Export Specialist (MES)
NEI Introductory Courses
NEI's introductory courses such as Import, Export, and Apparel 101 assist you with learning the basic requirements and regulations in each specialized area without enrolling in a full certification program.
The member rate is $330 (full price is $660) which is a discount of $50%.
NEI Hosted Webinars
You will receive the following discounts on webinars as an NEI Professional Member:
The member rate for NEI-hosted one-hour webinars is $35.
The member rate for NEI-hosted one-and-a-half-hour webinars is $50.

Pricing
Dues for NEI Professional Membership below are for membership only.

*If you are a designee (completed a certification) then you would be required to pay the designation/certification annual renewal fee of $95 as well as the NEI Professional Membership annual fee of $100.
Member Benefits & Steps to Apply
The NEI Professional Membership gives individuals in the international trade community an opportunity to stay in the know. Our member benefits are the weekly NEI Alert (industry newsletter), discounted certification courses, and events. To apply for membership:
- Submit an Application for NEI Professional Membership.
- Wait for approval for the application (up to 2 business days).
- You will be sent an invoice upon approval. Remit payment for Professional Membership.
- Once payment for Professional Membership has been received, you will automatically receive member pricing.
